Head – Strategic Communication
RightWalk’s work is systematically undercommunicated for its scale and impact. We have impacted 1.2M+ lives, unlocked $2.2Bn+ in public funds, earned recognition from Ashoka, LSE, UK Parliament, and NITI Aayog — and most of the policy world still doesn’t know our name. The Head – Strategic Communication will change that. This role owns RightWalk’s public narrative, media relationships, policy advocacy storytelling, and institutional positioning. It is a power infrastructure role — not a support function. This person sits alongside the CEO in shaping how RightWalk is understood by the world. RightWalk’s work must be understood as systems change, not as scattered program activity.

Head – People & Culture
RightWalk is building a Mission Mode + Structured Discipline + Earned Flexibility culture — and culture is not managed by decree. The Head – People & Culture will be the institutional architect of how people experience RightWalk: how they are hired, onboarded, developed, evaluated, recognised, and when necessary, exited. With an HR Manager now in place handling operations, this role is the strategic layer above — owning organisational design, performance culture, leadership development, and the values infrastructure that makes iHERO real in daily work. This is a builder role: most systems don’t yet exist at the standard we need.

Head – Data, M&E & Institutional Intelligence
RightWalk operates on the principle that ‘what gets measured, gets governed.’ This role owns the data spine of the organisation — the independent control room that tells every layer of RightWalk whether systems are working, outcomes are real, and learning is being captured. Critically, this function must be independent of the program teams whose performance it measures. Data inflation and incentive-driven reporting are existential threats to RightWalk’s credibility. The Head – Data, M&E & Institutional Intelligence is the institutional conscience of the organisation’s evidence.

Head – Policy Systems & Program Architecture
RightWalk’s core identity is as a policy-to-outcomes institution builder. This role is the intellectual and architectural engine of that identity. The Head – Policy, Systems & Program Architecture owns the ‘R’ and ‘I’ of the RIGHT model: Redesign (policy co-shaping) and Institutionalize (systems design). Everything that becomes RightWalk standard must pass through this function. This role ensures that what works in one state becomes codified, transferable, and replicable — not tribal knowledge locked in people’s heads. This role owns the institutional architecture of RightWalk’s work: policy reform logic, system design, program models, SOPs, quality thresholds, PMU blueprints, exit criteria and codification of what works across states. It protects the organisation’s identity as a systems-change institution.

Managing Director – Institutional Leadership & Programs
RightWalk is at an inflection point — moving towards a systems-driven institution. The Managing Director will own the daily organisational leadership of RightWalk: execution culture, leadership bench, cross-functional coherence, and institutional discipline. This is a role for a leader who has run complex, multi-site organisations and can hold a high bar for performance while building the next layer of leadership. The MD will eventually hold full organisational authority over all operational functions, freeing the Founders to focus on policy, government, and institutional positioning. The role is designed for someone who can lead across programs, people, systems and strategy. It should attract a serious institution-builder, not someone merely looking for a senior title.

Director – Founder’s Office
RightWalk is entering a stage where founder bandwidth must shift from daily coordination to strategic leadership, public systems influence, donor credibility and institutional transition. The Director – Founder’s Office is the execution backbone of RightWalk’s leadership. This role exists to ensure that the Founders’ intent — across strategy, stakeholder management, and institutional operations — translates into disciplined, tracked, and time-bound action. You are the connective tissue between vision and execution at the L0 layer. This is not a communications or scheduling role. It is a high-trust, high-accountability position for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator.

Beyond securing immediate funding, your mandate will include strengthening the organization’s long-term fundraising pipeline, ensuring that RightWalk has the sustained resources to deliver impact at scale.
This is an opportunity for a senior fundraising professional to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution — translating the organization’s vision into compelling donor narratives, designing innovative fundraising models, and aligning partnerships with RightWalk’s mission of equity and inclusion. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will not only deliver ambitious fundraising targets but also serve as a key voice in influencing organizational strategy, ensuring that financial sustainability and mission alignment go hand in hand.
