Critically, this function must be independent of the program teams whose performance it measures. Data inflation and incentive-driven reporting are existential threats to RightWalk’s credibility. The Head – Data, M&E & Institutional Intelligence is the institutional conscience of the organisation’s evidence.

RightWalk’s core identity is as a policy-to-outcomes institution builder. This role is the intellectual and architectural engine of that identity. The Head – Policy, Systems & Program Architecture owns the ‘R’ and ‘I’ of the RIGHT model: Redesign (policy co-shaping) and Institutionalize (systems design). Everything that becomes RightWalk standard must pass through this function. This role ensures that what works in one state becomes codified, transferable, and replicable — not tribal knowledge locked in people’s heads. This role owns the institutional architecture of RightWalk’s work: policy reform logic, system design, program models, SOPs, quality thresholds, PMU blueprints, exit criteria and codification of what works across states. It protects the organisation’s identity as a systems-change institution.

RightWalk is at an inflection point — moving towards a systems-driven institution. The Managing Director will own the daily organisational leadership of RightWalk: execution culture, leadership bench, cross-functional coherence, and institutional discipline. This is a role for a leader who has run complex, multi-site organisations and can hold a high bar for performance while building the next layer of leadership. The MD will eventually hold full organisational authority over all operational functions, freeing the Founders to focus on policy, government, and institutional positioning. The role is designed for someone who can lead across programs, people, systems and strategy. It should attract a serious institution-builder, not someone merely looking for a senior title.

The Director – Founder’s Office is the execution backbone of RightWalk’s leadership. This role exists to ensure that the Founders’ intent — across strategy, stakeholder management, and institutional operations — translates into disciplined, tracked, and time-bound action. You are the connective tissue between vision and execution at the L0 layer. This is not a communications or scheduling role. It is a high-trust, high-accountability position for someone who can think like a strategist and execute like an operator.

As the Director of Technology & Data, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technology infrastructure and data management systems critical to our organization’s success. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust technology solutions and data management systems, ensuring the accuracy, privacy, and effective tracking of data in support of policy initiatives.

As the Director of Programs, you will be a key leader in shaping and managing the design, implementation, and monitoring of our organization’s initiatives. Reporting to the Founders office, you will play a crucial role in designing program models, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring the quality and impact of programs across multiple states. You will be responsible for developing reports to government entities and donors, managing state leads in each state, and ensuring the accuracy and privacy of program data.

As Associate Director – Fundraising & Donor Relations, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and driving RightWalk’s resource mobilization strategy. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership, you will be entrusted with building, nurturing, and expanding high-value relationships with foundations, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs). Beyond securing immediate funding, your mandate will include strengthening the organization’s long-term fundraising pipeline, ensuring that RightWalk has the sustained resources to deliver impact at scale.

The person will spend a significant proportion of time at the government office working directly with senior bureaucratic leadership in the State.
