Empowering Through Educational Equity

RightWalk’s Flagship Initiative

The Cornerstone of Equity

Right to Education Section 12.1.(c)

Every child deserves to learn and grow, regardless of their socio-economic background. RTE Act Section 12.1.(c) ensures this by mandating 25% of private school seats for children from economically weaker sections and disadvantaged groups. With government-backed support, they gain access to quality education unlocking a future filled with opportunities.

RightWalk's Revolutionary Impact on RTE

Our journey with RTE has been transformative, marked by significant milestones:

Pioneering Legal Reforms

We have challenged private school resistance through legal interventions, won a landmark Supreme Court judgement, paving the way for crucial policy reforms that ensure fair admissions.

Technological Breakthroughs

In collaboration with the Uttar Pradesh government and NIC, we developed an Integrated RTE Online Admission System, transforming admissions with transparency and scalability.

Enhancing Educational Inclusion

In partnership with the UP government and UNICEF, we trained 5000 educators across 75 districts through Social Inclusion Workshops, promoting inclusive teaching and ensuring every child feels valued.

Beyond Admission

EPInc creates inclusive classrooms by delivering AI-driven, peer-based learning and ensuring students are integrated, supported, and empowered.

Building Community Ties

Leveraging initiatives from the Department of Health, Volunteers, NGOs and Helpline, we made the RTE Act a household name, driving awareness and inclusion.

Awakening Awareness

From policy to practice, we ensured the RTE Act reached communities, transforming words into action and changing lives.

Impact

In partnership with Uttar Pradesh’s basic education department, we scaled RTE’s impact, benefiting 9,50,000 children and reaching a self-sustaining, transformative phase.
