Say hello to Chatur AI—our in-house AI-powered, WhatsApp-first, multilingual chatbot that delivers personalised career coaching and job matching—from apprenticeships to high-skill roles. It combines local job data with peer stories and behavioural nudges to boost user agency, while a 2,500-person randomised control trial tracks outcomes like self-efficacy and wages. The platform features a live job stream based on user skills and location, 60-second mindset coaching videos from relatable peers, peer support squads for motivation, guided form-filling with human assistance, and a learning loop to measure impact.
