Understanding RTE Application Status:

Accepted Application:
Accepted Application is selected as ‘fit’ by education officers on meeting required parameters including- attached documents, eligibility criteria, property form upload. Lllll It participates in verification process.

Rejected Application:
Rejected Application is treated as ‘excluded’ on lacking any of the above stated norms. For securing admission under RTE quota applicant has to fill fresh RTE form in next round.

Pending Application
Preferred school is not allotted to applicant; reasons could be seat already got exhausted, maximum 10 school choices not exercised, low average RTE seats in desired private school. However, it get added and counted in subsequent lottery round.

Adhere to RTE Form Deadline
Free of cost RTE Application Form is available in both online as well as online mode. Online form is for urban area applicant. Online form continues to remain accessible till May 10 at UP RTE Portal. Visit the RWF initiated ‘integrated one-stop online window’, which was further developed by the NIC as RTE dedicated website for checking lottery result.
It has to be noted that hard copy of RTE application form belonging from rural areas is accepted in offline mode at Basic Shikha Adhikhari (BSA) office.

Four Easy Steps to check RTE Lottery Result 2018:
1. Visit state RTE portal: http://rte25.upsdc.gov.in
2. Click ‘Admission Result’
3. Enter your district in the required box and let the default select “lottery 1”. Press enter to view “school allotted” status
4. Once school is allotted, a list with name of student, father, lottery number, allotted school name and class is visible

Slightly Slow on Admission Timeline
Mobile message informing RTE qualifying candidates on assigned school, class, and the admission procedure is already send by education authorities. Official communication to the schools covered under RTE quota is still to be disposed. To an extent that awaited government notification is dampening excitement level of beneficiaries, besides, creating implementation confusion and wrong school conduct.
